The first 2016 calendar will feature a Sunday series dedicated to discovering the agri-food products of the University of Pisa, the result of research focused on enhancing food biodiversity, as well as the nutraceutical and health aspects of food.
There will be themed evenings centered around sulfite-free wines, edible flowers, products from the University’s apiary, and cholesterol-free pecorino cheeses — all paired sensorially with music.
