This one takes me back to my London years — long bike rides in Shoreditch hunting for Banksy, Ozmo, Alo, and the multitude of street artists that made that city unique (Yes, I’m a big street-art advocate!)
“I Fall in Love Too Easily”, recorded in a tiny bedroom in Chelsea on February 2nd, 2016, with Jeff Rodrigues on guitar. Years I’ve also fooled around with new experimental-electro kinda tracks, but hey, my heart was still captured by a touching, poignant ballad like this.
A song that says everything with very little. Carmen McRae and Chet Baker made it timeless, and it’s still one of those tunes that asks you to slow down. Sometimes you gotta do it!
Happy Monday Throwback 🎶
